Christians school leadership is both wonderful and complex. The leadership required to nurture a sustainable Christian school culture includes an intentionality to promote and embody the underlying core Christian ideology of the community. Yet, community life is not without challenges. Individuals bring different assumptions and expectations, which can, at times, unbalance leaders. This elective explores some of the dichotomies that leaders face as they seek to navigate a path through the minefield of competing worldviews that often exist both within leaders themselves and the school communities they serve.
