Drawing on some of Melbourne’s finest voices from the jazz and a cappella worlds, ON CHURCH STREET is a fresh and dynamic a cappella quartet. With distinctly jazz-infused arrangements, their repertoire features an eclectic mix of genres; with brand new arrangements of classic gospel tunes as well as repertoire from some of the world’s most loved a cappella groups.
On Church Street burst onto the Melbourne a cappella scene after forming in 2015. It was an eventful year, a highlight of which was winning a coveted spot performing at Hamer Hall as the support act for worldwide a cappella sensation Naturally 7. They then went on to gain a place competing in the final of the Australian A Cappella Championships. They have been captivating their audience ever since with their unique blend of gospel and jazz inspired a cappella.
